Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 15 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or proof of transaction) must be provided.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, etc.)
  • Items that show signs of use or damage beyond normal wear and tear

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the product.
  3. Pack the Item: Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging (if possible) to avoid damage during transit.
  4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at shopnickluke@gmail.com. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund for damaged/defective items within 14 days of receipt.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Please note the following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Personalized items

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
