Processing Time
- Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt.
- Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the following business day.
- Please note that processing time may be delayed during peak seasons or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Delivery the next day.
Free Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200.00.
- Free shipping applies to domestic orders only, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Carrier
- We use USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL for domestic and international deliveries.
- A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has shipped.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.

Shipping to PO Boxes
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for standard shipping. For expedited services, please ensure you provide a physical address.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for items that are lost or delayed due to an incorrect address.
- If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.
Missing or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- Please report any issues with your order within 3 days of delivery to ensure we can assist you in the best possible way.
Return Shipping
- If you need to return an item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
